House Rules: - Parties strictly not allowed (1,500 SAR fee). - Smoking strictly not allowed (750 SAR fee). - Loss or damage of access card (350 SAR fee). - Loss or damage of parking lock (500 SAR fee). - Noise complaint past quite hours (650 SAR fee). - Unauthorized pet fee (500 SAR fee). - Loss or damage of a building key (50 SAR fee). - Any damage from smoke, pets or any other house rule might require an additional charge to the fee to repair or replace the damaged items. - To maintain the quality of our property for all guests, we have an extremely strict no parties policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have have a gathering with extra guests WITHOUT reporting it via message or in the initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be charged 1,500 SAR. Cleaning Policy: - Our lack of a cleaning fee is based on courteous guests. This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew find an unreasonable mess or stains post-checkout we will charge an additional fee of 300 SAR. - An unreasonable mess include changing the apartment layout from how it was originally found, trash on the floor, dirty dishes everywhere in the apartment, food in the bedrooms, and anything else that is outside of what would be considered as reasonable or acceptable. Please remember that this is NOT a hotel. Treat it like your own house. - Stains include any visible discoloration on the linens from their original color. Pool and Gym Policy: - Pool, gym and other shared spaces are not owned or operated by us. Thus, they're availability are constantly subject to change and might not be available during your stay because of reasons outside our control including maintenance. Early Check-Ins Policy: - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check-in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. - An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check-in early. - Authorized early check-ins have a fee of 100 SAR. Late Checkouts Policy: - We may offer late checkout as an extra amenity for your stay, if we discuss late checkout prior to your reservation start date and we accept a late checkout for your reservation your late checkout fee will be 100 SAR and your checkout time will be 1:30 pm instead of 12:00 pm. - You may request late checkout on your own after your reservation start date. If you request late checkout the same day as your checkout and we're able to authorize a late checkout for you that day, the fee will be 150 SAR and your checkout time will be 1:30 pm instead of 12:00 pm. - We cannot guarantee late checkout. It is subject to availability and our approval. If we don't authorize late checkout you cannot stay past your checkout time of 12:00 pm. If you do so without permission that is considered an unauthorized late checkout. - An unauthorized late checkout has a fee of 200 SAR up to two hours (while still being required to checkout). Past two hours, the fee will be one night's base rate without discounts (while still being required to checkout). By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all the house rules.

Guests have full exclusive access to the apartment and laundry room.
